The client, a developer of end-to-end video security solutions, needed simple, quick-to-market, and easily maintainable documentation for a huge range of products.
Supporting documentation that would serve both customers and an internal engineering and developer audience for testing and maintenance was required.

Created training modules to help new authors learn the range of products and companies under the client.
Rebranded documentation inline with company acquisitions.
Transferred existing content from Microsoft Word to MadCap Flare.
Reviewed and implemented workflows to streamline authoring processes.
