The background
The client, a developer of end-to-end video security solutions, needed UX copy and simple, quick-to-market, and easily maintainable documentation for a huge range of products.
Both the copy and supporting documentation would serve customers, while separate developer-focused documentation would serve an internal engineering audience for testing and maintenance.

Created training modules to help new authors and content designers learn the range of products and companies under the client.
Interviewed users and subject matter experts to understand the product and needs.

Rebranded documentation and designs inline with company acquisitions.
Transferred existing technical content from Microsoft Word to MadCap Flare.
Reviewed UI copy and technical documentation.
Reviewed and implemented workflows to streamline authoring processes.
Oversaw TortoiseSVN to GitHub migration to allow instant in-product updates.
