The background

Many wind turbines in the UK have been in operation for up to 20 years and will experience increased failure rates. These older machines had little to no pe-fitted condition monitoring equipment, so it's impossible to track deterioration or detect failures.

The client needed a cost-effective solution to manage these older models.

The process

• Crafted content for a versatile system that can be adapted to any application.

• Integrated existing data between web interfaces.

• Liaised with engineers to determine how best to transfer tracked data to an AWS-based infrastructure.

• Created graphics and demos to showcase the product.
